Bellingen LEP 2010 (Amendment No. 1) - Amendment to rectify minor errors.

The planning proposal seeks to amend Bellingen LEP 2010 by correcting minor errors in the maps and the written instrument.The proposed amendments are detailed in the Schedule of Amendments contained in the planning proposal. In summary the amendments include;1. Correction of heritage maps to rectify anomalies with the shading or labelling of properties containing heritage items.2. Correction of entries in Schedule 5 to reflect updated property descriptions or to correct errors in property descriptions.3. Amendment of the Natural Resources Sensitivity Map - Biodiversity to remove random triangular polygons of 'sensitive land' which were inadvertently included during final formatting of the maps.4. Correction of the Map cover sheet to delete the reference to "Natural Resources Sensitivity - Vegetation Map" and replace with "Natural Resources Sensitivity - Biodiversity Map"5. Deletion of a duplicated item in Schedule 1 6. Correction of property descriptions in items 2 and 6 of Schedule 1.
