The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the Coffs Harbour LEP 2000 to allow the use of land at the corner of Clarence Street (Pacific Highway) and Pullen Street Woolgoolga for certain retail development purposes. The amendment will introduce a minimum ground floor area (GFA) of 1000m2 to allow the development of a supermarket.
