This planning proposal seeks to amend Schedule 2 of the Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013, to allow commercial uses for outdoor areas of community land to be exempt development.
This will also further allow the Manly LEP 2013 to be in line with both the Pittwater LEP 2014 and the Warringah LEP2011 who already have similar provisions for outdoors areas of community land uses.
