The Planning Proposal aims to rezone approximately 7,800m2 of land zoned R1 General Residential and MU1 Mixed Use to SP2 Infrastructure – Sewerage System to establish a local water centre (LWC) (also known as a wastewater treatment plant). This Local Water Centre will provide essential future service to support the subdivision associated with the Stage 1 Project Approval for the Huntlee New Town development.
