The planning proposal consists of the following minor 'housekeeping' amendments to:1. correct zoning anomalies to reflect the location of certain land;2. include privately owned land zoned RE1 Public Recreation on the Land Reservation Acquisition Map;3. rectify anomalies / errors in the Land Use table;4. introduce a local clause relating to location of sex services premises to minimise potential land use conflict ; and 5. rectify a minor labelling omission in the Land Zoning map; and6. modify Schedule 2 Exempt Development signage provisions for portable footpath signs.
