Seeks to remove Cemeteries as a permissible use on E2 and E3 zoned land, and insert into Schedule 1 of the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environment Plan Cemeteries as a permissible use, to ensure that the existing operation cemetery at Tallong, and Bungonia, both of which are located on E3 Environmental management zoned land, can continue to take interments.
