The key elements of the Planning Proposal include rezoning the industrial portion of the land to R1 General Residential, removing the existing floor space ratio control, and introducing minimum lot size controls to enable low- and medium-density housing, including dual occupancy and multi-dwelling housing, at a scale appropriate to the site. No change to the existing maximum building height of 9 metres is proposed.
