This planning proposal seeks to correct mapping errors in in the Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan affecting multiple sites, Mirador, Pambula and Merimbula. The amendments update land zoning, minimum lot size floor space ratio maps to align with cadastral boundaries and previously gazetted outcomes. The proposal does not change the strategic intent and land use outcomes.
