Planning Proposal to Enable Complying Development in the C4 Zone

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional

The Council-initiated proposal seeks to enable appropriate minor complying development in the C4 Environmental Living Zone within the QPRC Local Government Area. The planning proposal seeks a variation to Part 3D – Inland Code of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 to enable its application in the C4 Zone and establish criteria for eligibility.
