Planning Proposal - Norwest Central
The Hills Shire
The planning proposal seeks to amend development standards applying to land known as the Norwest Central Designated Employment Area by increasing the maximum Floor Space Ratio to between 2:1 and 2.5:1 and increasing the maximum Height of Buildings to between 42 metres and 96.6 metres. The Proposal also seeks to apply an Incentive Floor Space Ratio of 3:1 and including additional permitted use of ancillary residential development to 34-46 Brookhollow Avenue, Norwest.
