The proposal seeks to rezone land around Schofields Station to support a coordinated approach to development.

Progressing as a state-led rezoning will enable the delivery of open space, housing and jobs in an integrated way.

Further investigations will inform the appropriate scale of development and supporting infrastructure as the rezoning progresses.  Exhibition of the proposal will be in 2027.
