The proposal seeks to amend the zoning and development standards in the Blayney Local Environmental Plan 2012 to enable the development of about 55 hectares for more homes. The proposal provides the opportunity for up to 400 new dwellings and is a continuation of the existing residential land directly to the north of the site.
