Sutherland Shire Foreshores Planning Proposal

The proposal intends to rezone 8 precincts from C3 Environmental Management or C4 Environmental Living to R2 Low Density Residential where the environmental zoning is no longer appropriate to enable greater housing density in those areas. The proposal also intends to amend Clause 4.1(3C) to allow Torrens title subdivision of dual occupancy in C4, and amend Clause 4.3(2B) to allow two storey dual occupancy development on internal lots.
