The Planning Proposal recommends updates to the Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013, including changes to Land Use Zoning, Height of Building, Floor Space Ratio and other development standards. These changes are intended to strengthen the local centre, allow more homes and incentivise the delivery of essential local infrastructure and affordable housing close to the Metro station.
