Reclassification of land & Schedule 2 Amendment

Mid-Western Regional

A Planning Proposal has been prepared on behalf of Council seeking an amendment to the Mid-Western Regional Local Environmental Plan 2012 (LEP) for the following; Amendment to Schedule 2 Exempt Development to allow for the closure of Council owned roads for maintenance purposes; and Reclassification of 27 sites of Council owned land from Community land to Operational Land.
