Planning Proposal - Strathfield Triangle Precinct

The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone land, amend the planning controls, amend land identified for acquisition, introduce local provisions to ensure design excellence, require contributions towards the provision of affordable housing, and introduce incentives for the provision of community infrastructure. The aim is to create a vibrant and sustainable high density residential neighbourhood by facilitating feasible urban renewal that is also supported by adequate infrastructure.
