This Planning Proposal relates to part of the Byron Bay rail corridor land legally described as Lot 1, DP 1001454, part of Lot 2 DP 1289363 and Lot 3 and part of Lot 7 DP 827049, and is identified as “Area E” on the existing LEP 2014 additional Permitted Uses Map.
