Scope

This will involve exploring factors such as:

• Increasing and supporting the digitisation of planning documents and certificates. 
• Digitising paper-based certificates and verifying them at the time of submission.
• Reducing the risk of fraudulent certificates and documents.
• Improving the certificate validation process to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Tracking and storing historical certificates and planning documents.
