The NSW Government has released the finalised design for Bella Vista District Park, a new parkland that will be delivered near the Metro North West Line.
The park will be a premier family-friendly parkland delivered under the Parks for People – Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Accelerated Precincts program.
Shaped by the surrounding Cumberland Plain Woodland, Bella Vista District Park will be a relaxing 3-hectare parkland for the whole community, with welcoming spaces for people to gather, play and unwind in nature.
The proposed design was on exhibition from Thursday 26 March 2026 to Thursday 23 April 2026.
