We are proposing changes to the existing land zoning, controls for heights of buildings, lot sizes and land acquisition for public infrastructure so that development around the Cudgegong Road Station (in the Area 20 Precinct) precinct can go ahead, taking advantage of access to the North West Rail Link. Changes are also proposed to the zoning and acquisition responsibilities for trunk drainage land along Second Ponds Creek.
