Changes to planning controls for school sites in Riverstone and North Kellyville Precincts


We are proposing changes to the existing land use zoning under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 to reflect proposed change in use for two planned school sites, in the North Kellyville and Riverstone Precincts. The sites are no longer needed for public schools as alternative school facilities are proposed.
