SEPP (Infrastructure) Amendment (Shooting Ranges) 2013

The NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure is now considering feedback received on proposed planning changes for existing shooting ranges. The changes proposed in State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) Amendment (Shooting ranges) aimed to ensure that existing lawful shooting ranges are a permitted use in local council plans and make shooting ranges a permitted use in adjacent non-urban land.
