Special Infrastructure Contribution for Bayside West


The Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) for Bayside West was introduced on 13 October 2020.  

The draft SIC was exhibited from 12 October to 23 November 2018. The SIC will help fund new and upgraded infrastructure to support the Bayside West Precincts 2036.

A SIC charge is paid by developers to provide a contribution towards the delivery of key infrastructure.
