St Marys (Jordan Springs) Precinct Plan Amendment No. 3

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure finalised the St Marys (Jordan Springs) Central Precinct rezoning (SREP No. 30 – Amendment No. 3) in October 2020, which included changing the land use in Stage 6 from employment to residential. The St Marys (Jordan Springs) Precinct Plan Amendment No. 3 will update the current precinct plan to ensure development in the Central Precinct is consistent with the earlier rezoning decision. It will support the delivery of an additional 500 new homes in the precinct and contribute towards achieving NSW’s housing targets.
