State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) Amendment (Commercial and Industrial) 2014


The Department of Planning & Environment has approved minor refinements to the Exempt and Complying Development Policy reforms which commenced in February. The changes relate to car parking and access, hours of operation, and setbacks for industrial buildings. The changes will be implemented through an amendment to the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.
