State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Development) Amendment (Port of Newcastle) 2013


The Department of Planning & Infrastructure has amended the State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Development) 2005 Part 20. The proposed amendment permits the development of a service station on 110 Cormorant Road, Kooragang Island.
