Western Sydney Aerotropolis Planning Package

Since the endorsement of this package, the following planning controls have been finalised:

• Western Sydney Aerotropolis Precinct Plan  (24 March 2022)
• Western Sydney Aerotropolis Development Control Plan - Phase 2  (10 November 2022) This document replaces the interim Phase 1 DCP.

To accompany these finalised documents, we have also published a Finalisation Report. The report summarises feedback received on the draft Western Sydney Aerotropolis Planning Package during exhibition and how that feedback has been addressed in the final documents.

These documents have been developed by the Planning Partnership for the Minister for Planning and Public Places in collaboration with the NSW Government and local councils.

The Aerotropolis Master Plan Guidelines were published on 24 December 2021.

The Master Plan Guidelines outline the process for the lodgement and assessment of master plans in the Aerotropolis.
