Council is publicly exhibiting a Planning Proposal (PP) to amend clause 6.2 Flood planning of the Burwood Local Environmental Plan (BLEP) 2012 to identify flood affected land.
The purpose of this is to apply controls and engineering solutions so that development on land is compatible with the land’s flood affectation.
The Planning Proposal and supporting documentation are on exhibition from Friday 31 July 2020 to Friday 28 August 2020.
