Draft Special Infrastructure Contribution Scheme for Rhodes East


The draft Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) for Rhodes East was on exhibition until 15 March 2018. Submissions are now under consideration.

A SIC is proposed to help fund new and upgraded infrastructure to the Rhodes Precinct Plan.

A SIC charge is paid by developers to provide a contribution towards the delivery of key infrastructure.
