In collaboration with Blacktown City Council, The Hills Shire Council and Hawkesbury City Council, we have developed a Land Use and Infrastructure Implementation Plan for the North West Priority Growth Area. This area includes the suburbs of Riverstone, Vineyard, Schofields, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Marsden Park and Colebee. We want to create vibrant, attractive and well-connected communities, where people can live and work with good access to public transport, community facilities, open spaces, shops and cafes. Changes to planning controls in the area will support the implementation of the plan. You can make a submission on the statutory documents below until Tuesday 4 July 2017.
