Proposed Special Infrastructure Contribution for Greater Macarthur


The proposed Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) for Greater Macarthur was on exhibition until 8 February 2019.

A SIC is proposed to help fund new and upgrade infrastructure to support the Greater Macarthur 2040: An interim plan for the Greater Macarthur Growth Area.

A SIC charge is paid by developers to provide a contribution towards the delivery of key infrastructure.
