Proposed Special Infrastructure Contribution for the North West Growth Area


The proposed Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) for the North West Growth Area, including the rates, special contribution area and infrastructure schedule, was on exhibition until 2 November 2018.

A SIC is proposed to help fund new and upgraded infrastructure to the North West Growth Area.

A SIC charge is paid by developers to provide a contribution towards the delivery of key infrastructure.
