How might interested parties be able to securely access, manage and receive notifications regarding applications submitted by others?

Scope

This will involve exploring factors such as: 

• Defining different role types and access requirements across the different systems.
• Improved user experience by making it easier for everyone involved to track the progress of an application.
• Improved and clear communication between all parties, such as applicants and builders, to make the process clearer and more coordinated.
