18 Honeysuckle Drive Mixed Use Development

As an owner of an apartment on the Western side of Worth Place Apartments, I am extremely concerned that the height of this building will significantly decrease the value of the property as the existing view of the South arm of the Hunter river will be obliterated. Furthermore, this height is not within keeping of the heights of the surrounding buildings, and will become an eyesore on the harbour. I strongly request consideration be given to limiting the height of the building to conform to the surrounding structures, thereby minimising the effect on the Worth Place Apartments as well as the Icon1 development.
