Thank you for your letter dated 3 July 2026 regarding the notice of exhibition – Modification 3 captioned above. I had deep concern about this development, and those subsequent modifications following the development. This project is being carried out adjacent to my backyard, and is severely damaging the daily life of myself and my family. Below is my deep concerned about the current Modification 3.
Your letter has a very brief description of proposed modification. It writes “minor increase in building height”. The development original plan has units of 6 to 10 storeys already. Thus those future residents facing us will have a bird’s view of my backyard and house, which would absolutely be a severe disturbance to us beyond reasons. Unfortunately, Modification 3 find that this is not enough, and proposes an increase in building height. Is it fair and justified? Does it respect our privacy at all?
The description of proposed modification also writes “alter the Building 3 entry points”. I attempted to search for further details in the exhibition documents concerned, but to no avail. It only specifies “improvements to the Building 3 entry points”, without any details about how the entries points are altered. I am shocked by the lack of transparency of the proposed modification.

Modification 3 writes “minor increase in building height”. What is the exact amount of increase?
The alteration of the Building 3 entry points is not available.:
A. Please specify the location of the various entry points.
B. Where is the location of the underground carpark?
I object to the buildings next to my backyard which affect my trees, I have the fear of my landscape if the landslide occurs. It interferes with my privacy and causes noise pollution.
