Penalty Notice issued to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (DA94-4-2004) Central Coast LGA
On 19 September 2023, NSW Planning issued a $15,000 Penalty Notice to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (Hanson) for not updating the Rehabilitation and Landscape Management Plan by 1 September 2021, 5 years following the previous submission. NSW Planning will continue to work with Hanson Pty Ltd to ensure compliance with the DA 94-4-2004.
Official Caution issued to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (DA94-4-2004) Central Coast LGA
On 19 September 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (Hanson) for not conducting attended quarterly noise monitoring as required by the Noise Management Plan. Hanson has committed to conducting the quarterly attended noise monitoring at all required locations.
