Absolutely. Mann Street is a disgrace. There are two Gosfords, the one that you drive to and the one you catch a train to. The former is beautiful waterfront, whilst the later is dreary and derelict. There absolutely needs to be a redevelopment of the corridor between the train station and the waterfront. Such a redevelopment is overdue
