I am concerned that a Project of this height will have Severe Shadowing Effect on our building and will also mean the Solar Panels we just spent large amounts of money on will not be as efficient.I note in the Documentation they talk about there being no problems with the Mobis building which is hardly affected by the construction but do not mention us.
An Eight Story Building is completely outside the Original Development for this precinct.
I note they Skim over the Traffic Management during construction. I am concerned with 150 people working on the Site where they will park and will it affect our ability to do business.I also am concerned about 1 Million Litres of Diesel being stored in our precinct.Lastly is the Power Available in this area to run such a large Facility.
