We do not have any objection to the proposed development. Given its location and existing infrastructure on the site, there are minimal (if any) impacts on the Blacktown LGA considered likely as a result of the additions to the facility. We ask that the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment carefully consider any potential environmental impacts on the ecological quality of both Eastern Creek and Prospect Reservoir’s flora and fauna population as well as their hydrological qualities and that some degree of environmental monitoring take place during construction stage and into the future during the continued operation of the facility.
