Inland Rail proposes to modify condition E88 of the infrastructure approval so that the design of any public level crossing requires consultation with, rather than endorsement by, the relevant road authority.

We object to the proposed change to Condition E88
This objection is based on the deletion of local planning controls by Inland Rail.
It also goes against the principal of safe planning practice in this modern era.
