Me and my family have been living close to the proposed school for over
20 years. We bought the land then built a new house. We enjoy the safe
quite street. Most of the land owners are older an in retirement
stages They do not understand why they want to build another school We
already have 10 schools in Auburn why do we need another one? The
school would mean a minimum of 500 to 780 cars coming in an out of
Percy & ST Hilliers RD. They double park, stop in inappropriate areas
an traffic would be lined up Percy & St Hilliers street at pick up an
drop off times. This make the hole street dangerous to be around. If
you want proof look at the other school built in residential ares.
With the netball courts noise on the weekends the trains at night and
now 728 students during the day. The noise would be 24 hours a day.
The school would make Percy St the nosiest spot in Auburn. This is not
a suitable site for a school.
