I understand that the Glen Innes Wind Farm Modification is only for an extension to the lapse date. On the basis that the original proposal has not changed, the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) does no objection to the Development Consent approval time being extended.

Herewith my submission re this requested modification.I object to this modification/extension.
We have had to put up with almost 4 years of uncertainty regarding this project and the proponent has apparently not made any progress despite being given this opportunity.
The proponent was given approval on the 2/10/09 and the approval lapsed almost a year ago.
