Message
The modification to have additional access to Brookfield avenue would increase the vehicular traffic in Brookfield avenue on which there is a Children's park. There is a blind turn with no speed breakers or signage and children have had near misses with cars coming down Brookfied avenue. The developer has been approached mutiple times to provide either speed breakers or speed signage and has been told that it is council responsibility by the estate contact. If the traffic to Brookfield avenue is increased this would pose a safety concern to the children and residents if proper street signage and speed breakers are not provided.

I object to Road 12 being joined onto Stage 8 & 9, and the increase in lots, due to the number of cars in the existing lots and traffic currently on Minmi Road.
The developer has no interest for residents already occupying previous stages in regard to traffic and the new stage lots creating about another 200 cars in the stages using Road 12.

I believe the amendments to the outlook estate are a danger to the safety
of residents in the estate and people using Minmi road as the lots
increasing in numbers means more cars backing onto Minmi road causing
a danger to oncoming traffic. It is concerning that the lots being so
small will be used for units therefore increasing those number of cars
ten fold and increasing the liklihood of car accidents on Minmi road.
Also of concern is changing a culdesac to loop roads again reducing
safety within the estate for residents. Concerning me also is the
effect such development will have on property value for owners
currently in the estate. I object to this alteration strongly for the
aforementioned reasons.

I am objecting to the proposed Stage 10 application MP 06_0031 MOD 4 at
290 and 302 Minmi Rd Fletcher on the grounds that it has lots sizes
which are far too small and will detract from the type of community we
bought into. When we purchased, houses had to be of 200m2 minimum, and
this will be impossible on proposed blocks of 290m2. As there are no
public transport links planned for the Outlook in the foreseeable
future, these small block sizes will put an additional unacceptable
strain on the capacity of Minmi Road due to the increase of cars
entering and leaving the estate if this many additional lots are
approved. Requesting rejection of this application and that a
condition of approval be that all lot sizes be at least 450m2 in line
with block sizes in the rest of the estate.
