I wish to raise my concerns regarding the proponent's statement about seepage from the tailings in mod 8. Seepage during or after the project life going into the open cut pits that the proponent has already stated will result in inflows from the aquifer pose an unacceptable risk of contamination of the aquifer.

Wilmatha Road
The Wilmatha Rd must be upgraded to a much higher standard and sealed as in some sections between Fifield and the mine site, is narrow, poorly aligned with large gum trees close to the road. At present passing wide loads is almost impossible. Leaving this road unsealed will mean dust will also pose a much higher risk.
