I support the project

This project is already way above the local council FSR guidelines. Any change to application will only make a very bad situation worse. The site cannot logically support a development of this scale. Not enough green space is provided relative to the size of the development. The roads and traffic congestion caused by a development of this scale is going to cause major disruption to access to the Eastern Suburbs. I believe the congested traffic will block emergency services' access to the Eastern Suburbs areas and I hold the NSW Planning Department responsible for the consequences of restricted or slow access to these areas in a time of crisis. Besides the traffic congestion, the educational facilities in the area cannot adequately support the influx of this quantum of new residents. The approval of a project of this size is a disgrace and totally irresponsible.
I would also like to understand the purpose of giving local residents the ability to raise objections when these objections are not considered or acted upon.
It is also true that our Local Council's voice is also not considered and whose objections are not acted upon.
Great society we now live in!
I guess people not living in the area know more about the issues we face, than what we do.
