I strongly object based on biodiversity and habitat fragmentation. The corridor cuts through remnant bushland, fragmenting habitat for endangered and threatened species. Tall transmission infrastructure may create barriers, edge effects, and increased predation and invasion of weeds. Particularly vulnerable are aerial species (raptors, woodland birds) whose flight routes may be severed or made deadly. If proponent documents claim negligible impact, can they provide up‑to‑date species surveys, flight path intersection risk studies, and commitment to removing or rerouting if mortality incidence exceeds threshold?

This plan has NO Accountability, just Greed.
These unelected bodies and their private partners operate with zero oversight, zero transparency, and zero care for the communities they steamroll—pure parasitism.

Using China’s Slave Labour Supply Chain components for this unnecessary and unethical plan is shamefully unethical and wrong.

TransGrid’s use of ELECNOR, with deeply unethical procurement rooted in exploitative foreign labour, makes every tower a symbol of human misery and corruption.

Bulldozing breeding grounds for endangered species and precious biodiversity for unnecessary CCP controlled infrastructure exposes the grotesque hypocrisy of these "green" carpetbaggers.
It’s eco-vandalism with a sabotaging agenda

This Regulator enabling plan is rotten to the core!
AEMO’s ISP is an intellectually bankrupt swindle —debunked, compromised, and dangerous.
It’s not fit for purpose, and its blind adoption of unreliable renewables is policy malpractice.

This plan is a National Security Nightmare!
By handing critical infrastructure control to foreign-controlled supply chains and collapsing energy independence, this project fulfills China's Energy dream and weakens and sabotages Australia as a vassal state.

This totally unnecessary, ruinous plan is Economic Suicide by Design.
It doesn’t just fail to help the economy—it will destroy jobs, cripple industry, bankrupt households, and fuel energy poverty across regional and urban Australia.

This is CCP Engineered Collapse of our Electricity Grid!
With no engineering rigour, no scientific justification, and no functioning economic model, this is a planned collapse of grid stability and energy self-sufficiency.

No Consent, No Social Licence, No Legitimacy!
This is a predatory bully bulldozing through NSW with zero social licence, ignoring public outrage, expert opposition, and basic democratic process—authoritarian dictators working for the CCP & the demise of Australia’s electricity grid.

Disgraceful Greenwashing by crooked, predatory TransGrid - promulgating false climate narrative, using "renewables" as a smokescreen for industrial-scale land theft, ecosystem destruction, and wealth transfer to the CCP.

This transmission project is an unforgivable betrayal—driven by foreign-compromised profiteers, destroying landscapes, defiling precious biodiversity, wrecking Intergenerational Equity and eroding every pillar of national sovereignty.

I object on hydrological and water quality grounds. The proposed route intersects numerous creeks, mountain streams, and drainage gullies. Construction will necessitate clearing, earthworks, excavations for tower footings and access roads—all of which increase erosion and sediment load downstream. These waters feed into larger catchments used by communities and ecosystems. In heavy rain, disturbed soils will wash into rivers, degrading habitat, smothering aquatic species and harming water quality. If the proponent claims they will fully mitigate such impacts, what enforceable guarantee and monitoring regime will they adopt (with third‑party oversight) to ensure no net harm to downstream water systems?

I oppose this transmission line on fire‑safety grounds. The alignment rises upslope, exposing conductors and towers to higher wind, lightning and vegetation stress, increasing the risk of sparks or component failure. In a wildfire scenario, aerial suppression is critical—yet safety zones around lines may prevent aircraft from operating close to the fire front. Ground crews are disadvantaged in steep terrain. The potential for the line itself to initiate or worsen a fire is unacceptable. If declarations that risk is “low” are made, can the proponent supply worst‑case scenario modelling of line‑initiated fire in steep terrain including loss estimates for fauna, flora, property and human life?
