Overall support for the project subject to the following updates made to the documentation please:
1) Waste Storage - Where is it located on site?
2) After construction has completed, will the operators continue to be on septic? Will they continue to want council pick up?
3) In the event that there is an overburden of materials, is there an expectation that the operator will want to use council facilities? EG scrap metal will go to a facility but if they have an overburden, where would it go? Council preference is that it doesn’t come to us.
4) Will there be a method of assessing whether the overburden is contaminated?
5) Is this facility linked to the expansion of the company or all to do with for the facility complying with the Australian Standard (AS2187 Australian Standards Explosives - Storage, Transport and Use) and Code of Practise, and not have to operate under an exemption from the NSW regulator anymore?
6) The site has vehicle access straight from Newell Highway. Transport NSW will be a referral, yes?
