21 March 2022

News

From the 1st March 2022, the fee for all concurrences and referrals is $374. This constitutes an increase in line with CPI and has been introduced through an amendment to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021. This is the first CPI increase to this particular fee in 11 years.

The concurrence and referral fee is paid to the relevant State agency via the NSW Planning Portal. Applicants will be notified when the fee is to be incurred.

For more information on integrated development, please visit the dedicated page on the NSW Planning Portal.
