Individual Certifier Registration Number

The NSW Planning Portal was recently updated to align with existing legislation which requires an individual’s certification at determination in accordance with the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018. Certification work is carried out by an individual who is registered to carry out that work on behalf of the Body Corporate. 

The validation of a certifier’s individual registration for CDC and Post Consent Services is required under the Act for auditing purposes to capture who (individual rather than Body Corporate) is signing the certificate.
