Upgrades made to improve usability of BASIX tool

Some minor updates were implemented on 24 June 2021 to improve the performance of BASIX for all users.

The key benefits to BASIX users from the updates are:

  1. updated data for hot water systems and recycled water schemes
  2. improved usability
